
ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL TRAFFIC
PROCEDURES
Parents using the drive-thru at arrival and dismissal need
to stay in their car in order to avoid stopping the traffic; the
teacher will help your child out and in of your car. Walking parents
need to use the entrance gate on N.E. 7th. Ave. only. If you need
to speak to the teacher, please call the office or send a note
with your child, it is very difficult to assist a parent during
arrival and dismissal time. Teachers are available daily from
3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m by appointment only.
ARRIVALS
Classes start at 8:30 a.m. The driveway opens at 7:30 a.m.
and closes at exactly 8:30 a.m. in Building A. Building C driveway
opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 8:30 a.m. PK 3 and PK 4 students
are in morning line between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., teachers
are presenting new group lessons and they cannot be interrupted
during this time. Please understand that this is one of the most
important learning sessions of the morning. We encourage that
your child is at school promptly by 8:30 a.m. to participate in
this session. Arrivals after 8:30 a.m. will be considered late
and you must drop your child at the office and sign-in the "Late
Arrival" book.
DISMISSALS
Classes end at 3:00 p.m. and the driveway opens from 3:00 p.m.
until 3:15 p.m. in Building A & C. Children that are not picked
up by this time will automatically go to the After School Care.
After School care closes at 5:30 p.m. Pick up prior to 3:00 p.m.
is done through the office; parent must sign-out the "Early
Dismissal Book" book.
AFTER SCHOOL
Please pack an extra snack and juice if your child is staying
in the after school program.
LUNCH DELIVERY
If you need to bring lunch for your child, it must be dropped
off at the office. Teachers are not allowed to open doors or gates
during school hours.
LUNCH BOXES
When packing a lunch box please remember to pack a napkin,
disposable silverware only, and an ice pack.
LUNCH ORDERS
Must be placed weekly or monthly, daily orders will no longer
be accepted. Orders will be placed on Fridays for the following
week.
CHANGE OF CLOTHES
Pre-K3, Pre-K4 and Kindergarten students, must have change of
clothes in a large zip-loc bag marked with their name (each garment
in the bag must be marked with their name).
SHOW AND TELL
Every Friday only for Pre-K 3 through 2nd Grade students.
UNIFORMS
Are mandatory, must be worn daily.
SCHOOL TUITION
Is considered past due if not paid by the 3rd of each month. A
past due fee of $20.00 will be assessed on accounts not paid by
the due date. Please refer to the registration agreement or call
the office if you have any questions regarding payment options.
